At Unirea Hotel & SPA ****, our priority is the safety of our guests and our employees, without compromising the quality of services and the experience of a wonderful stay in our hotel in the heart of Iasi.

We constantly evaluate and implement safety protocols and measures proposed by health experts and government authorities to maximize the prevention and safety of those who cross our threshold.

For your safety, we have implemented:

• Disinfectant carpet at the entrance to the unit;

• Safety area for monitoring the temperature of guests and employees;

• Disinfectant gel devices were placed in the reception area and on the main elevators on the ground floor;

• The elevators are disinfected at a frequency of 15 minutes and will be circulated only by one person per ride;

• Visual signaling on the floor to comply with the rules of distance;

• Plexiglas panels mounted at the reception for extra security;

• The staff will wear protective equipment, and at the reception you will find masks made available to you, if necessary;

• Rooms are ventilated, disinfected and unused for 24 hours before your arrival;

• All surfaces in the room are disinfected with specific solutions;

• Very often affected areas, such as: switches, door handles, hair dryer, remote control, etc. - will be disinfected using quick disinfectant without rinsing;

• Mirrors and windows will be cleaned with a special glass cleaning solution (for glazed surfaces);

• A new pair of protective gloves will be used to change bedding and towels;

• Toilets and common areas will be disinfected at a frequency of 30 minutes;

• The kitchen and the serving staff will respect the safety norms, and the culinary preparations will be served in room service, in crockery and disposable cutlery;

• During the stay in our hotel, the maid will be able to access the room only with your consent;

• For long periods of stay, we will change bedding only at your request.

For a carefree trip, in addition to protection measures, we offer:

• Free cancellation until June 30, 2020, for existing reservations and for those you will schedule;

• Minibar products included - snacks and soft drinks;

• Breakfast included, served in room service, in conditions of maximum safety;

Mandatory measures:

• Wash your hands as often and as correctly as possible;

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands;

• Disinfect your hands with the disinfectant solutions available to you in all common areas of the hotel, from the entrance to the room;

• Avoid direct contact - keep a distance of 1.5m;

• Wear a mask indoors;

• Consult your doctor if you have a fever or other symptoms. Communicate to the doctor the necessary information about the trips made.
